Weiss Lake is a 30,200 + acre hydro-electric impoundment of the Coosa, Chattooga, and Little Rivers offering 447 miles of shoreline with shallow flats, underwater drop-offs, deep channels and large coves. This lake is renowned for producing 2 - 3 pound slab crappie. This lake has been known as the "Crappie Capital of the World" and it still today has the slabs to prove it. I have been fishing for crappie on Weiss for over 20 years, so if you want a guide service that offers a day filled with fun and great fishing action call and make your reservation today. Please feel free to call or email me if you have any questions about my guide service or Weiss Lake... Thanks Darrell

When fishing with me I will provide the boat life jackets, gas, tackle and all artificial bait. I use a variety of different methods for catching slab sized crappie, from long line trolling in the spring of the year to spider rigging brush and river channel ledges in the summer and fall. I work hard to keep up with year round crappie movement, if you are planning a trip to the Weiss Lake area and would like a professionally guided crappie trip give me a call. January through April is a great time to plan your crappie fishing trip. The fall fishing season starts in October and runs through November. Call us today...
